Tangyness Ingredient

In an empty jar add a bunch of salt and sugar in the following ratio:
1 part salt to 3 parts sugar.
Shake it up and/or stir it well.

To quickly make 2 teaspoons of the mix, use 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar.

To quickly make 1 cup of the mix, use 1/4 c salt and 3/4 c sugar.

I always use a bit in soups and anything dish that could use enhancing of its flavours. Add a little to dishes to give it a tangyness that seems to bring out the recipe's flavours.
