Making Your Own Sequential Charts

This is how I make them using PaintShopPro 7. Click the individual steps for fuller details and diagrams.

1. Reduce or crop the picture's size so that each pixel will become one stitch.
You can skip this step if the picture is already a good size.

2. Reduce the number of colours to an amount that's workable.

3. Increase the picture's size 8x so that each stitch is now 8 by 8 pixels and add a grid.

4. Remove the colors, one be one, saving each change under a new name.
